OLMS Interpretative Manual Now Available on the OLMS Website
On Friday, January 6, 2017, the Office of Labor-Management Standards (OLMS) posted on its website the OLMS Interpretative Manual (revised December 2016), pursuant to the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA). The Manual is available in both HTML and PDF formats. The December 2016 revisions, whether technical or non-technical, do not articulate or establish new policy. Many of the changes are to add and clarify legal citations and to update the manual to be consistent with more recent regulatory and other actions. A list of the revisions is available within the Manual’s Introduction.
