New PowerPoint Presentations Now Available on OLMS Web Site
The Department of Labor's Office of Labor-Management Standards (OLMS) has posted on its web site an online presentation to help labor organizations comply with the recordkeeping requirements of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA). The presentation, in PowerPoint Show format, can be downloaded online.
The presentation covers the statutory requirements for recordkeeping and what records need to be kept, and points out potential recordkeeping problems with suggestions on how to avoid them.
OLMS has also posted on its web site Spanish translations of the existing presentations on the electronic Form LM-3 and the electronic Form LM-4. The presentations, in PowerPoint Show format, can be downloaded from these links:
