Regulations to Implement Executive Order 13201 Announced - Beck Poster
Final regulations implementing Executive Order 13201 were published in the Federal Register on March 29, 2004 and will be effective on April 28, 2004. Executive Order 13201 requires Government contracts and subcontracts to include an employee notice clause requiring non-exempt Federal contractors and subcontractors to post notices informing their employees that they have certain rights related to union membership and use of union dues and fees under Federal law. This notice is known as the Beck poster.
