6J04 Review of Records

The Investigator should review all the records submitted by or obtained from the complainant and contractor relevant to the allegations in the complaint. Section 6J03 addresses the types of records that the Investigator should obtain during the on-site investigation and Section 6I discusses the types of documentary evidence an Investigator should attempt to obtain prior to the on-site investigation. The nature of the allegations and the applicable legal theories will determine the types of analyses the Investigator should conduct using the data obtained during the on-site visit.
