OFCCP and the EEOC will introduce attendees to their respective agencies and provide agency overviews, including the laws they enforce. OFCCP will provide information on how to identify discrimination and file a complaint with OFCCP. Additionally, the EEOC will provide information on the EEOC mediation process.
