OFCCP Compliance Assistance for Construction Contractors

The Compliance Assistance for Construction Contractors presentation guides federal construction contractors through their Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action obligations when working on federal construction projects. This presentation addresses construction contractor obligations found under the regulations implementing EO 11246, VEVRAA, and Section 503.
