Introduction to the OFCCP and WHD

The U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Midwest Regional Office, in partnership with the Wage and Hour Division (WHD) Indianapolis Area Office, cordially invites you to attend this webinar.

 

The OFCCP will provide an overview and inform attendees of their federally protected rights in the workplace. WHD will discuss a general overview of who they are and what they do and will also give an overview of the major changes of the Davis Bacon and Related Acts Final Rule Provisions to federal contractors and employers in the construction industry.
