Introduction to the OFCCP and EBSA

The U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Midwest Regional Office, in partnership with the Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) Kansas City Regional Office, cordially invites you to attend this webinar.

The OFCCP will provide an overview and inform attendees of their federally protected rights in the workplace. EBSA will cover their roles and functions, providing a brief introduction to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) benefits law.
