The Chicago Lighthouse will introduce their organization and discuss innovative ways to accommodate employees with disabilities. They will provide information about resources that can help identify qualified candidates with disabilities. OFCCP will provide an agency overview, including the laws they enforce. Additionally, OFCCP will provide information on how to identify discrimination and file a complaint with OFCCP.
