Fostering LGBTQ Friendly Workplaces

Susan Heatherly, Director of Human Resources with Center on Halsted, the Midwest's largest LGBTQ community center, will discuss the services that Center on Halsted provides to the public as well as ways in which HR and Senior Leadership can foster and create LGBTQ-friendly workplaces. Susan will speak about LGBTQ HR best practices and recruitment for employment.
