Harassing Conduct
You may file a complaint with the Workplace Employee Services (WES) Harassing Conduct representatives under the Department's Harassing Conduct Policy, in accordance with DLMS 6-300. Filing a complaint under the Department's Harassing Conduct Policy, however, is not the same thing as filing an EEO complaint with the Civil Rights Center in accordance with 29 C.F.R. 1614. These WES representatives are also responsible for the processing of requests for accommodations regarding sincerely held religious beliefs, practices or observances.
WES's Harassing Conduct representatives cannot accept EEO complaints. If you wish to file an EEO complaint, contact a DOL EEO counselor or the Civil Rights Center by using the following link: National Office EEO Counseling and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Staff.
Reasonable Accommodations
WES also has a separate team with responsibility for facilitating the processing of reasonable accommodation requests for disability/medical conditions, pregnancy, and childbirth or related medical conditions.
