Although the formal address of the Cherry Hill District Office is in Washington, D.C., the office will be staffed virtually from alternate locations. Therefore, to ensure that personnel in the Cherry Hill District Office receive filings in a timely manner, it is strongly recommended that filings be submitted by one of the following methods:
• OALJ’s email filing system. Submissions may be sent to OALJ-CherryHill@dol.gov. Additional details on email filing are available at https://www.dol.gov/agencies/oalj/FILING_BY_EMAIL;
• The Department of Labor’s new Electronic Filing System (EFS). Instructions are located at https://www.dol.gov/agencies/oalj/EFS; or
• Fax. Cherry Hill’s fax number remains 856-486-3806.
When filing a document by email, EFS or Fax, DO NOT file a hard (paper) copy as well. The online or fax filing will be the official filing for the matter. You can check on whether a filing was received by using the Case Status Lookup.
