Lesson-76531-6
In Mexico, another lesson learned came from engaging with the Mexican National Anti-Trafficking Commission, which does not normally work in agriculture and labor rights. After the Mexican government members of the Commission took part in the training program provided by project staff on the toolkit focused on the agriculture sector, they were inspired by the training to broaden the scope of their work to include agricultural supply chains (coffee, lemons, avocado, and cantaloupe melons). The toolkit training served as a catalyst for potentially encouraging inter-institutional cooperation in different Mexican government sectors.
