Lesson-71204-8
Developing a common understanding of the legal framework enhances comprehension of officials’ roles and facilitates inter-agency collaboration and coordination. While Tunisia's legal framework contains numerous laws supporting child protection, these laws are diverse. Stakeholders may be aware of laws relating to their own ministry but are often unaware of the texts that relate to other institutions and functions. Bringing together these laws and clarifying the roles and responsibilities of each administration in the child protection chain is an effective approach.
