Collaboration with civil society organizations enabled the project to overcome resource challenges that limited its ability to reach children in rural areas. Such collaborations on the regional level were highly effective, especially when civil society organizations facilitated reaching geographically inaccessible target groups. Partnering with civil society organizations also helped to address child labor issues despite resource constraints in certain public institutions.
