Training is more effective if offered in Malay or combination of Malay and English. Training offered in English is difficult for many training participants to understand since English is not their first language. Training effectiveness could be increase if training would be provided in Malay (or the first language of the trainees). Training provided in a combination of English and Malay would also be effective.
