Lesson-101355-17

Non-traditional International Labor Organization partners such as the justices of peace and the national police can be highly effective partners in the fight against forced labor. The justices of peace have provided a human infrastructure to help the project reach remote and difficult areas of the country where forced labor is prevalent. The police, on the other hand, have been critical to help identify forced labor cases and rescue forced labor victims as part of their ongoing policing activities.
