It is critical to involved key government and non-government organizations in developing the Plan Nacional de Lucha contra el Trabajo Forzoso (National Plan for the Fight Against Forced Labor). Nearly 35 members of Comisión Nacional para la Lucha contra el Trabajo Forzoso (National Commission for the Fight Against Forced Labor) as well as local actors linked to forced labor in prioritized regions (Cusco, Tumbes and Ucayali) participated, which created ownership and commitment to implement the plan.
