This report describes the scale and key characteristics of child labor in the world today and how these have changed over time. The findings of this report, based on global survey data, show that progress against child labor has largely stalled since 2016. In addition, the COVID-19 pandemic presents particular threats to progress.

This is a brief report describing the context leading to and the activities of the MAP16 project in India. This International Labor Organization project commissioned a study on designing a comprehensive benefit package for child labor families, based on a survey conducted on this topics. This brief report presents some findings from this survey and the policy strategy based on these findings.
