ILAB-funded technical assistance projects produce a large body of knowledge and resources, including toolkits, project reports, training manuals, and implementation guides. This guide is a joint endeavor by Verité and the Labour Department to help build the capacities of labor inspectors to conduct labor inspections in both the formal and informal sectors with emphasis on the informal sector with the incidence of forced labor with its negative consequences on individuals, families, societies and the nation of Ghana as a whole. It will also increase collaboration and coordination amongst stakeholders working on forced labor and human trafficking to share information for improved performance. |
