A market analysis and beneficiary needs assessments commissioned by the BRIDGE project as part of an effort to increase awareness and access to livelihood programmes for victims of forced labour. The specific objectives of the assessment were: -Mapping of recently completed and on-going livelihood programmes for forced labour target group, particularly Haruwa-Charuwawith the support of relevant development partners; -Analyze labour market situation, identification of trades/skills in demands, possibilities of employment and self-employment inrespective trades; -Undertake needs assessment of targeted gender-sensitive beneficiary of forced labour, particularly Haruwa-Charuwa; -Recommendations for cost-effective, target group (forced labour, particularly Haruwa-Charuwa) focused, sustainable livelihood options/programmes linking with employment or self-employment. |
