Survey of the Final Line of the Somos Tesoro Project: This study measures the change in the prevalence of Child Labor in eight municipalities in the departments of Antioquia and Boyacá in Colombia, where the NGO Pact, carried out the Somos Tesoro project between the end of 2013 and 2017, focused on child labor in mining. This report statistically tested the difference in variables and indicators of interest, between a baseline survey (November 2014 - February 2015) and the final line survey (March - April 2018). The quantitative analysis is complemented with a qualitative analysis carried out from four focus groups with parents of households participating in the Project. |

This final evaluation report provides an overview of AYEDI project activities which aimed to foster decent work opportunities for vulnerable youth ages 15 to 17, to increase the provision of basic needs of adoloscent youth and children by caregivers, as well as to increase small-scale employers' compliance with child labor laws. The report also includes a breakdown of the evaluation scope and objectives, the data collection and analysis protocol, the findings of the evaluation, as well as the lessons learned and good practices. |

This facilitator’s guide provides tips and advice to help facilitators successfully use the curriculum for Labor Inspection Training on Child Labor in Liberia. It describes the purpose and objectives of the training; provides an overview of the training structure and format; gives examples of icebreakers and energizers; and includes sample training agendas and course evaluations. The curriculum is based on a training methodology that encourages participants to play an active role, contributing their professional expertise on how to improve the response to child labor in the workplace. The curriculum is comprehensive and covers a wide array of topics relevant to those engaged in the fight against child labor. |

Jamaica Youth Activity Survey 2016 Report

The Jamaica National Youth Activity Survey (JYAS) 2016 is the product of a partnership between the Statistical Institute of Jamaica and the International Labour Organization (ILO). It is the first stand-alone survey of children’s activities conducted nationally. The main objective of the survey is to collect comprehensive information on children’s engagement in economic activities. The JYAS 2016 report provides quantitative, reliable and updated statistics on working children, child labour, and hazardous work performed by children in Jamaica. Detailed in this report is statistical information on the demographic and socio-economic characteristics of working children aged 5 to 17 years as well as related information on the households to which they belong. The report includes an analysis of fundamental child labour-related issues, such as children’s involvement in economic activity, types and characteristics of child labour and children’s working environment. It also contains findings about children’s non-economic activities, principally school attendance and engagement in household chores. |

Ethiopia National Child Labour Survey 2015

The Child Labour Survey 2015 carried out in Ethiopia collected information on the demographic characteristics of the population, including their education, health, employment, migration, and housing characteristics. The survey covered both the rural and urban areas of the country. It was conducted in 721 enumeration selected areas consisting of 21, 526 private households from 25 May to 23 July 2015. Basic information on all persons living in private households was solicited. The population targeted by the survey was the group of children aged 5 to 17 years. |
