This documentary, in Burmese with English subtitles, shows the extremely dangerous conditions of Myanmar's "Land of Jade" in Kachin state, where workers in the mining industry risk injury and death. These workers include child laborers, including San Min Hiet, featured in this documentary. This video was produced as part of the World Day Against Child Labour awareness-raising campaign.

An interview with Nono Sumarsono, a SAFE Seas project director, that discusses the impact COVID-19 has had on workers in the Indonesian fishing industry and recommends several policies to protect these workers.

A mixed-methods study aimed at determining whether there is child labor in sugarcane production, beyond isolated cases, characterizing the work carried out by children, identify factors that contribute to preventing or encourage their involvement in sugarcane production, and provide recommendations to industry and policy makers.
