Facilitator's guide for course "Combating child labour in Myanmar: A course for Civil Society Organizations" (Burmese/Myanmar). This document presents a guide to the ILO course for Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) on Combatting Child Labour. It provides practical guidance, support and materials to help facilitators successfully implement the course. The document covers course planning, implementation and follow-up, in each case providing helpful tips and advice. This is supported by a selection of training tools provided in the appendix and supporting materials, including draft agenda, icebreakers, energizers, PowerPoint slide deck, course exercises and handouts for participants. Training module in the 3-R Trainer's Kit. This module discusses the key responsibilities of workers and and explains their fundamental rights at work. In the first unit, participants are familiarized with workers’ basic responsibilities at work and in the family. The second unit gives an overview of the fundamental principles and rights at work as agreed by ILO member States in 1998. Emphasis is given to the principles: “No to Discrimination” and “Right to Organize”, as these are vital for realizing decent work for all workers in the global economy. The unit concludes with an introduction to decent work for domestic workers. Finally, Unit 3 discusses priority health issues at work: maternity protection, occupational safety and health and fair treatment of workers living with HIV and AIDS.

Voices of Children and Adolescents About Mining Child Labor - Methodology and Systemization of Workshops Held in Mining Municipalities: This systematization of children and adolescents voices reflects their opinions and ideas about child labor in mining, as well as the strategies they share for reflection and decision-making for adults in local public policies. This systemization reveals the children's comprehensive understanding of the interdependence of various factors that affect not only child labor in mining, but also the living conditions of the mining families and communities that are inequitable, unequal, and profoundly violate the rights of children and adolescents.

Guide for the Application of Step 5 - We are a Team - Strategies that Strengthen the Coordination of Municipal Management to Prevent and Reduce Child Labor in Mining: This document presents a guide for the application of the "Comprehensive Territorial Management Route for the Prevention and Elimination of Mining Child Labor", a tool that will provide the relevant authorities a step by step guide to identify, target and detect the populations at greatest risk, implement prevention strategies, and reduce child labor in informal mining in their municipalities.

Technical Guide for the Implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in Small-Scale Mining: This guide seeks to guide mining entrepreneurs on how to implement the Occupational Healthand Safety Management System (SG-SST). The objective of this guide is for small-scale mining employers to have the information requiredto develop a logical and staged process in their mining company, based on continuous improvement in order to manage the hazards and risks that may affect the safety and health at work.
