Training Program - Phase 0: Main Activities: The activities carried out during the four weeks of Phase 0 are described in this document.

The  main  objective  of  this  study  is  to  provide accurate, objective, and independent information on (i) the activities in which underage children and adolescents participate in the  coffee  sector, (ii) the existing rural offer for the occupation of children and adolescents' free time, and (iii) the map of  formal  and  informal actors that may influence the implementation of the Colombia Avanza project.

Operational Technical Guide for the Online System of the Youth Pathways Project: The development of a proprietary system arises from the need to have a central point of information, which can be used by all the collaborators of the program at any time without the need for installation. The system offers the possibility of registering and following up on all the young people who are attended and using the information that is entered, the system provides reports, searches and structured database downloads.

Studies Carried Out as Support for the Demonstrative Experience in the Province of Limón: This executive summary presents the research methodology and main findings of a study on workplace training in Costa Rica conducted by the Paniamor Foundation and YouthBuild International.

Legal Framework of the Right to Work for Minors: This infographic explains some of the additional labor protections and rights afforded to Costa Rican adolescents aged 15-17.  Rights mentioned include: the right to decent work, the prohibition on adolescents engaging in dangerous or hazardous work, and the right to access workplace skills training.
