This booklet is for small tea plantation owners who employ young workers, especially those who are 16 to 17 years of age. It describes what an employer needs to know when hiring adolescent workers and how to improve the workshop so it is profitable, productive, and safe. The REACH-T Program was financed by U.S. Department of Labor in partnership with the Ministry of Labor and Public Services - Rwanda (MIFOTRA).
