This report provides an overview of the research methodology to be carried out in the gap analysis activity on forced labor in Nepal. The objective is to identify gaps in the application of labor conventions ratified by the Nepali government and provide recommendations on how to support greater compliance to regulations that prohibit forced labor.

This is the 3rd part of Peru's proposal plan that is part of the overall National Plan for the Fight Against Forced Labor. The proposal goes over the conceptual framework of forced labor elimination efforts, statistical information that is specific to the topic in Peru, and a strategic framework which identifies approaches and actions to take to further the fight against forced labor.
