A document containing guidelines to be used by individuals working in Serbia's Social Protection System offices (e.g. Centers for Social Work, Centers for Foster Care and Adoption, Centers  for  the  Protection  of  Victims  of  Trafficking  in  Human  Beings,  and Children’s  Residential  Institutions, among other  Social  Care  Providers) that work with children, instructing them on how to use this set of Child Labor Indicators as a tool to help them recognize and identify children affected by or at risk of child labor.

The video provides a detailed explanation of the different ministries and organizations that Partners of the Americas works with in order to protect children's rights and prevent child labor.

This report provides a summary of the activities that were led by Partners of the Americas and the partnering Paraguay Government and organizations for Project Okakuua. The report lays out the project's focus on combating child and forced labor, the activities that took place in different regions to promote education, and all other activities and initiatives led by the project implementers.

The  main  objective  of  this  study  is  to  provide accurate, objective, and independent information on (i) the activities in which underage children and adolescents participate in the  coffee  sector, (ii) the existing rural offer for the occupation of children and adolescents' free time, and (iii) the map of  formal  and  informal actors that may influence the implementation of the Colombia Avanza project.

Child Labor in the Coffee Sector in Colombia - The  main  objective  of  this  study  is  to  provide accurate, objective, and independent information   on   (i)   the   activities   in   which underage children and adolescents participate in the  coffee  sector,  (ii)  the  existing  rural  offer  for the occupation of children and adolescents' free time,  and  (iii)  the  map  of  formal  and  informal actors that may influence the implementation of the Colombia Avanza project.

The Responsible Recruitment Pilot Model is intended to serve as a model for a company-led action to address forced labor and human trafficking in the recruitment process, and for recruiters’ compliance with recruitment policies and procedures. This manual will enable small and medium-sized companies, which account for more than 99 percent of seafood processors in Thailand, and recruiters to embed a responsible recruitment process in their practice. This document also includes a variety of tools to help facilitate due diligence processes relevant to labor recruitment.

This policy paper explains the context of the brick industry in Nepal; laws and policies related to its management; and how these are changing in the new federal context. A legal analysis of policy gaps and responsibilities designated to the new local governments is meant to be of interest to local leaders as well as policy makers at the provincial, and federal level supporting them. This paper also provides recommendations for emerging issues to attend to and practical recommendations for ways forward to reduce labor exploitation and child labor and ensure effective industry insight.
