This document is a research report of which the central objective is to understand the forms of forced labor and human trafficking for the purpose of labor exploitation in the triple border area between Peru, Brazil, and Colombia. The report covers the extensive qualitative research the investigators undertook to discover the links between criminal activities and forced labor and human trafficking.

This assessment about access to education aims at the following objectives: first, to understand issues related to the education accessibility for primary and secondary school children in project locations in An Giang province; second, to map out all educational service providers to children of primary and secondary school age in project locations; and third, to propose concrete educational service packages suitable to project locations and methods by which the ILO/the ENHANCE project collaborates with partners in the education system to improve education accessibility and quality, an facilitate the transition from school to the workplace for the target child beneficiaries.

This is a regional plan that outlines the national policy against trafficking in persons and its variations in forms of exploitation. This document visualizes the phenomenon of human trafficking in its different dimensions and constitutes evidence of institutional will to continue strengthening and implementing sustainable public policies with other regional, provincial and local initiatives aimed at the comprehensive development of the population of Ucayali.
