Nepal's Decent Work Country Programme (DWCP) outlines the key strategies and priorities to strengthen the country's institutional capacity and apply fundamental conventions and international labor standards for its people.

This report provides an analysis and evaluation of two savings group models, examines effective mobilization techniques and retention of youth in these groups, explores the relationship between savings groups and hazardous labor, as well as examines gender differences within the savings group models. This report also illustrates the differences in societal expectations, spending habits, and perspectives between girls and boys.

Training module in the 3-R Trainer's Kit.  This module provides practical knowledge and tools on basic money management, financial decision-making and safe migration for older youth and adults, especially potential migrants and their families. The first unit helps them to develop basic skills in economics and budgeting. The second unit provides practical steps for setting goals in life, and learning how to budget and save to achieve them. In the third unit participants learn how to set priorities when spending money, and how to avoid and handle debts.

Training module in the 3-R Trainer's Kit.  This module deals with household and family responsibilities, access and resources in the family. In the first unit participants will analyze the division of work and the distribution of resources among women, men, girls and boys in families. The exercises show how norms and values about gender and age influence the roles and responsibilities of everybody in the family and the extent to which different family members can access and control family resources and benefits. In the second unit, participants find out what forms of work are appropriate for children and can be considered as acceptable ‘child work’ and what forms of work harm their development and is ‘child labour.’ Participants will also realize what are main hazards for children, what are the worst forms of child labour and why these need to be abolished as a matter of priority.

Training module in the 3-R Trainer's Kit.  This module provides practical knowledge and tools on safe migration and job search for older youth and adults. The first unit explains how to benefit from migration, engage in safe migration and avoid the risks of human trafficking. The second unit provides practical steps in seeking employment, from setting employment goals and doing job searches to applying for jobs and preparing for job interviews. 

Women of Duce, Women of Bread: Rosa, Clara, Emilse, Sandra, Marta and Doris are mothers from the village of Duce, in the municipality of Mongua in Boyacá. Today, after several months of training and training in issues related to entrepreneurship and the creation of productive projects, they have created Almipapa, a potato starch bakery, an initiative to transform the most planted agricultural product in their region.
