This is an informational video that describes the efforts made in 2018 in the region of Boqueron for Project Okakuua. The narrator depicts different methods to prevent forced and child labor as well as provide decent work for youth and adolescents. CAP Survey - Results Report: The NOEMI Project is inspired by adolescents and young people aged 16 to 24 who seek opportunities for their educational inclusion and better preparation for the world of work. Its objective is to contribute to the improvement of public policies related to the training and labor insertion of adolescents and young people. In order to gather information to measure the knowledge, attitudes and practices of the main actors with whom the NOEMÍ project carries out actions, a survey was designed to measure Knowledge Attitudes and Practices (CAP) by the actors involved in the Project.

The purpose of this guide is to help Veracruz state and municipal administration officials strengthen the institutional capacity and public policies on the prevention and eradication of child labor, and the protection of adolescents of the legal age to perform labor.
