This annotated bibliography aims to identify and summarize evidence of the outcomes of labor-focused programs or studies implemented in Colombia from 2011 to 2021, not funded through the United States Department of Labor (USDOL). These programs or studies focus on the five priority sectors identified in the Colombian Action Plan Related to Labor Rights (Labor Action Plan or LAP) to address serious labor concerns in the context of the United States-Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement (CPTA).1 These priority sectors include (1) ports, (2) flowers, (3) mining, (4) sugar cane, and (5) palm oil. |

It is the first attempt by international organizations to measure child labour, forced labour and human trafficking in global supply chains. |

Assessment of the Panamanian Labor Inspectorate's Work on Child Labor 2017

This assessment of the Labor Inspectorate was conducted to contribute to a better understanding of the legislative, social and administrative environment in which Inspectors function, and the challenges they face in their day‐to‐day work. Information gathered from desk research and interviews with key stakeholders revealed common themes that inform the recommendations in this assessment. This assessment provides an overview of sectors in which child labor is most prevalent, an overview of the legal and policy framework relevant to addressing child labor, an overview pertaining to the activities of the Labor Inspectorate and recommendations to improve their response to child labor, and information on different actors' activities to address child labor. |

ARCH Endline Survey Report

Endline study for the ARCH project, which assesses measurable changes that occurred throughout the lifespan of the project and compares the findings with those from the baseline survey. The endline survey provides improved understanding of the outcomes of project activities, changes that transpired in the prevalence of child labor in project areas, and assessed possible impacts of the project interventions on the project’s direct beneficiaries. |
