A report presenting the results of an exploratory study aimed at developing a better understanding of labor relations in the artisanal fishing sector in terms of "Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work (PDFT) in order to define intervention strategies for improving standards relating to PDFTs in the sector.

This report provides a summary of the activities that were led by Partners of the Americas and the partnering Paraguay Government and organizations for Project Okakuua. The report lays out the project's focus on combating child and forced labor, the activities that took place in different regions to promote education, and all other activities and initiatives led by the project implementers.

This publication contains the results of Vietnam's second National Child Labour Survey, conducted in 2018.  This publication provides information on the current child labor situation in Vietnam, and related evidence meant to provide a sound basis for policy development and intervention design related to preventing and reducing child labor.  This report includes analysis breaking down labor patterns and risk rates among Vietnamese children aged 5-17 years, profiles of households containing children aged 5-17 years, the general characteristics of child labor and hazardous child work in Vietnam, and policy recommendations.

The Responsible Recruitment Pilot Model is intended to serve as a model for a company-led action to address forced labor and human trafficking in the recruitment process, and for recruiters’ compliance with recruitment policies and procedures. This manual will enable small and medium-sized companies, which account for more than 99 percent of seafood processors in Thailand, and recruiters to embed a responsible recruitment process in their practice. This document also includes a variety of tools to help facilitate due diligence processes relevant to labor recruitment.

A booklet directed to managers of fishing enterprises in Myanmar where young workers are employed, especially those between 14 and 18 years old.  Describes what owners, managers, and supervisors need to know when hiring and managing younger workers and how to improve the work site so it is profitable, productive and safe.

A guide to be used by fishing industry associations & organizations of fisheries workers in Myanmar on how their members (employers, boat owners, and fishing industry workers) can use the "Safe Work for Youth Kit" materials. Its purpose is to assist those in a position of leadership in the industry to guide their members in maintaining a safe and legal operation with respect to young workers. 

This guide is divided into two parts. Part I of the guide aims to clarify the phenomenon of forced labor. Part II of the guide presents the concrete measures required to combat forced labor, as well as specific initiatives that parliamentarians can take to address the phenomenon.
