A set of guidelines concerning the measurement of forced labor, produced by the ILO for 20th International Conference of Labour Statisticians (Geneva, 10-19 October 2018). These guidelines are designed to facilitate the measurement of forced labor in different national circumstances and under different measurement objectives. The guidelines provide recommendations for the collection and analysis of forced labor statistics, and to facilitate the international comparability of forced labor statistics by minimizing definitional and methodological differences across countries. |
