An infographic describing statistical figures in relation to the prevalence and characteristics of child labor.

A technical sheet that presents the minimum information necessary to identify the dangers, the risks in occupational safety, health and psychosocial factors with a special focus on children and adolescents who perform work in the production of plantain. The format is based on national regulations and standards related to occupational health and safety. In the same way, it allows families, employers, workers and social and institutional actors to be guided to establish medium and long-term preventive measures that promote adolescent employment in safe conditions.

This document is a guide for the basic themes of financial education, designed for the needs of vanilla producers. The guide is inclusive of the topics of Savings, Budget, and Credit. This guide also includes learning exercises.

This  guide  is  a  joint  endeavor  by  Verité  and  the  Labour  Department  to  help  build the  capacities  of  labor  inspectors  to  conduct  labor  inspections  in  both  the  formal and  informal  sectors  with  emphasis  on  the  informal  sector  with  the  incidence  of forced  labor  with its negative consequences on individuals, families, societies and the nation of Ghana as a whole. The central objective of this research study is to understand the forms of forced labor and human trafficking for the purpose of labor exploitation, in the triple border area between Peru, Brazil and Colombia.

This investigation documents presence of forced labor in logging camps, which evidences debt bondage, threats and punishments in the workplace, among others, and shows the presence of an extensive -informal and precarious- recruitment system concentrated in river ports. Sustained in interviews with workers and ex-workers, the field work carried out in the triple border allows to understand the precariousness of a scenario crossed by illegal economies, a porous control system and a wide informal dynamic.

A curriculum manual, jointly developed by Verite and the Ghanaian Labour Department, that contains lessons and best practices for Ghanaian Labour Inspectors on how to approach issues related to forced and child labor when conducting labor inspections.
