The curriculum is based on a training methodology that encourages participants to play an active role, contributing their professional expertise on how to improve the response to child labor in the workplace. The curriculum is comprehensive and covers a wide array of topics relevant to those engaged in the fight against child labor.

A facilitator's guide which includes five modules, each with lessons and interactive exercises designed to help participants apply lessons to real-life situations. The five modules focus on the definitions and legal frameworks pertaining to child labor, the roles and responsibilities of labor inspectors in addressing child labor, and appraoches for the identification, elimination, and prevention of child labor.
