Evaluation Forum is a national journal for program professionals in related human service fields; basic education, vocational education, employment and training, welfare, labor market and labor force change, and economic development. The purpose of the journal is to stimulate interest in policy analysis, policy research and program evaluation as useful tools for policy making, planning and the improvement of social programs.
