PENSACOLA, FL – Despite the findings of a January 2021 federal workplace safety investigation, a Pensacola custom cabinet manufacturer continued to expose workers to fire risks, inspectors with the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration found in a follow-up visit.

In the week ending March 19, the advance figure for seasonally adjusted initial claims was 187,000, a decrease of 28,000 from the previous week's revised level. SEATTLE – An ongoing federal initiative to investigate pay practices of residential builders in Washington State found that a Lacey contractor recklessly failed to pay workers overtime for hours they worked over 40 in a workweek in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
