  • The Chief Evaluation Officer serves as the department’s designated Evaluation Officer and leads the Department of Labor’s implementation of Title 1 of the Evidence Act.
  • The Chief Data Officer serves as the department’s designated Chief Data Officer, and leads the Department of Labor’s implementation of Title 2 of the Evidence Act.
  • BLS Commissioner of Labor Statistics Dr. Erika McEntarfer serves as the department’s designated Statistical Official and leads the Department of Labor’s implementation of Title 3 of the Evidence Act.
