Based on your responses, you may be eligible for up to 80 hours of paid sick leave pay at 2/3 your regular rate or 2/3 the applicable minimum wage, whichever is higher, up to $200 per day and $2,000 in the aggregate (over a 2-week period). Eligible employees are entitled to leave to care for an individual who is subject to a medically-advised quarantine or government quarantine or isolation order, who depends on you for care, and if providing care prevents you from working and from teleworking.
