The U.S. Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division Midwest Regional Office will host representatives to present a webinar on the Child Labor Provisions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

During this webinar, the U.S. Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division Midwest Regional Office will provide educators, school administrators, and advocacy groups information on the federal Child Labor laws to help identify potential violations for students and other minors who have entered the workforce. The webinar will also equip advocates with information to assist young and vulnerable workers seeking to assert their workplace rights.
