Compliance with FFCRA and COVID-19
The United States Department of Labor Wage & Hour Division (US DOL WHD) Columbus District Office, Cleveland Area Office, together with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Cleveland Area Office are hosting a webinar that discusses compliance with the regulations pertaining to the Family First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) and protecting the safety and health of workers from Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).
The US DOL WHD is the federal office responsible for enforcing federal labor laws. The Division was formed with the enactment of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938. The WHD 's mission is to promote and achieve compliance with labor standards to protect and enhance the welfare of the Nation's workforce.

The Division was created through the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. OSHA's mission is to ensure safe and healthful working conditions for working men and women by setting and enforcing standards and by providing training, outreach, education and assistance.
