National Breastfeeding Awareness Month, Workplace Rights Event

Greetings Working Parents, Organizations and Stakeholders!
 
In honor of National Breastfeeding Awareness Month, you are invited to a lunch and learn event on Thursday, August 26, 2021 @ 11:00 AM Central Time (US and Canada) via Zoom.
Please join your regional representatives from the US Department of Labor - Wage and Hour Division (DOL/WHD), US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the US Women's Bureau (WB), the Alabama Breastfeeding Association and other federal partners. 
 
Discussion will highlight breastfeeding rights in the workplace, including entitlements under the Fair Labor Standards Act, as well as, available resources and protections afforded by current laws and statutes.
