USERRA Annual Reports

USERRA logoThe USERRA Annual Report describes the various roles federal agencies play in the administration of USERRA. The report responds to each of the  statutorily mandated reporting requirements described in the introduction to the report. In addition, the report contains other information of interest, including USERRA case outcomes for cases closed by DOJ, OSC, and DOL.

Off-Base Transition Training Pilot Annual Report

OBTT logoThe Off-Base Transition Training (OBTT) pilot program began its first year of operation on January 11, 2022, in accordance with section 4303 of the Johnny Isakson and David P. Roe,  M.D. Veterans Health Care and Benefits Improvement Act of 2020 (P.L. 116-315). Section 4303 directed the Department of Labor (DOL) to provide the Transition Assistance Program (TAP) to veterans and spouses of veterans at locations other than active military installations for a period of five years to improve employment-related outcomes in areas with high veteran unemployment.
