FINANCIAL & ACTIVITY REPORTS
Unions file initial information reports (Form LM-1) and constitutions and bylaws, as well as annual financial disclosure reports, known as Labor-Management (LM) Reports (Forms LM-2, LM-3, LM-4, or simplified filings), with OLMS. See the Forms LM-1/2/3/4 page for further information. OLMS also collects and maintains collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) between unions employers. To find these reports, union constitutions and bylaws, and CBAs, please visit the OLMS Public Disclosure Room. In addition, employers and labor relations consultants engaged in persuading employees regarding union organizing and other campaigns, and obtaining information from them, file reports (Forms LM 10, 20, and 21), and union officers and employees file conflict-of-interest reports (Form LM-30) under certain circumstances, reflecting various of their financial transactions and agreements. You can also view the reports on the OLMS Public Disclosure Room. Please also view the employer-consultant reporting page for further information.
