The Chief Evaluation Office is sharing the below information on a federal effort to identify contractors that can provide evaluation services:

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is convening a Program Evaluation Services subgroup under SIN 541611 on GSA's Multiple Award Schedule (MAS). The subgroup, created through a partnership between GSA and the interagency Evaluation Officer Council, provides a new vehicle for Federal agencies to award program evaluation contracts to qualified firms. With over $500 million awarded in the past five years, program evaluation is a large and growing field in Federal procurement. The Program Evaluation Services subgroup creates a pool of pre-vetted, capable vendors who are poised to respond to program evaluation RFPs, and it also opens new avenues for ongoing engagement between Federal agencies and subgroup holders.

Participation in the subgroup is limited to vendors under SIN 541611 who have expertise and experience in program evaluation as defined in Office of Management and Budget Memorandum M-20-12. Vendors must apply and receive formal approval to join the subgroup. Please review pp. 2-4 of the MAS Professional Services Category Attachment for instructions on how to apply. If you have questions about the process, please contact your GSA Contracting Officer or email sinevalsubgroup@gsa.gov.

Requests from contractors to add the Program Evaluation Services subgroup will be accepted on a continuous/rolling basis.
