Workplace Equality Compliance Officers

• are responsible for their agency's overall EEO program,
• process allegations of harassment pursuant to the Department’s Harassing Conduct Policy and Procedures,
• prepare and monitor the agency's annual affirmative action plan, and
• advise agency managers on EEO issues.

Workplace Equality Compliance Officers cannot accept EEO complaints. If you wish to file an informal EEO complaint, contact an EEO counselor.
