Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 14, 2020 on behalf of workers and former workers of Klean
Karpet, Atlanta, Georgia. The petition identifies the subject
firm as "Klean Karpet" and states that workers were separated on
February 2, 2020 due to "loss of business with the firm."
The petition regarding the investigation has been deemed
invalid because it does not comply with the requirements set forth
in 29 CFR 90.11(c)(2) and 90.11(c)(3).
The Department's investigation revealed that "Klean Karpet"
does not correspond to the address (1710 Chattahoochee Avenue, NW,
Atlanta, Georgia 30318) or the functions (carpet installation)
listed on the petition. Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
