Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
September 23, 2019 by a State Workforce Office on behalf of
workers and former workers of United States Steel Corporation,
Great Lakes Works, including on-site leased workers from Veolia
North America, Ecorse, Michigan.

The worker group on whose behalf the petition was filed is
covered under an existing certification (TA-W-95,201; amended)
which expires on February 20, 2022. Consequently, the investigation
has been terminated.
