Notice of Termination of Investigation

Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended,
an investigation was initiated in response to a petition filed on
August 26, 2020 on behalf of workers and former workers of Matthew
Warren Spring, Plant 1, a subsidiary of MW Industries, Inc.,
Logansport, Indiana (TA-W-96,158), Matthew Warren Spring, Plant 2,
a subsidiary of MW Industries, Inc., Logansport, Indiana (TA-W-
96,158A), and Matthew Warren Spring, Plant 3, a subsidiary of MW
Industries, Inc., Logansport, Indiana (TA-W-96,158B) (hereafter
collectively referred to as "Matthew Warren Spring-Logansport").
The petitioning worker groups are eligible to apply for Trade
Adjustment Assistance under TA-W-95,068A-C (certification expires
on May 19, 2022). Consequently, the investigation has been
terminated.
